I become more confident and stronger each day.

Each day I become more than I was the day before. My accomplishments give me confidence. 

My knowledge and abilities are growing each day. As my capabilities develop and blossom, my confidence grows exponentially.

The challenging experiences I face make me stronger. I increase my ability to handle stress and adversity. Each challenge I overcome is a learning experience.

As I learn more and become stronger, I become more capable. Things that were challenging become easy. 

The things I struggle with today become doable tomorrow.

I am worthy of a great life.

Everyone deserves to have a great life. I deserve to have a great life. Having an amazing life is the birthright of each of us here on Earth.

I am a good person. I am considerate to others. I have a positive demeanor with a great attitude. I believe in myself and in my abilities.

I have a view of life that permits me to enjoy life to fullest.

I have goals and a plan to achieve them. I know what I want from life. Being clear on my objectives is half the battle. I know what I want and how I am going to get it. I review my goals regularly to keep myself motivated and hungry for success.

I am diligent and hardworking. I put in the time necessary to deserve a wonderful life.

Each day is full of opportunities to grow and learn about myself. I am constantly growing more capable.

I strive to meet every unexpected obstacle in a relaxed and mature manner. Staying relaxed and thoughtful in my choices helps to ensure that I make good decisions. I am evolving beyond the point of reacting emotionally and mindlessly. I concentrate on finding answers.

When I catch myself reacting too quickly, I remind myself to consider all the options. I find elegant and simple solutions when I take the time to look for them.

I Am Courageous And Overcome My Fears

I am courageous and overcome my fears.

Like everyone, I have fears. However, I am able to deal with my fear and anxiety effectively. I pride myself on being able to look fear in the eye and take action.

I refuse to allow fear to rule my life. I actively pursue my goals and overcome any fear that stands in my way.

When I am afraid, I know that something worthwhile lies on the other side of that fear. 

My courage and curiosity can overpower any fear I might have.

The more courageous I am willing to be, the more my life expands. I view any fear as a challenge that tests my courage. I welcome fear. I welcome the challenge.

Each fear I overcome makes me more resistant to fear. 

Each fear I overcome allows me to successfully deal with even larger fears in the future.

I know that change and fear often travel together. When I want to make a positive change in my life, I know that fear must be overcome.
